Clear Cache and Data: If the issue persists, clearing the cache and data of the Etsy app might help. You can do this through your phone's settings under 'Apps' or 'App Management'. Clearing the cache and data won't delete app settings but might resolve any temporary issues.

If you're having trouble signing in to your Etsy account, you can reset your password. To prevent unauthorized access to your Etsy account, Etsy may periodically send you an email alert with a unique security code to be used as a one-time password.

You can check for latest update in the Google playstore, or Uninstall / reinstall, as suggested above. One thing I do is go to the Notifications and toggle them off and on again - both in the app, and my phone settings. That has been working for me on my Android.
