Why isn't my Audible updating?
You must have the latest version of the app installed on your device to refresh your Library. Note: If you're using an older device that doesn't support the latest version of the app, you can continue to listen to all of your audiobooks on another compatible device or in the Audible Cloud Player.
Why does Audible fail to update my Library?
If you're not using the most up-to-date Audible app available for your Android or iOS device, new titles won't appear when you attempt to refresh. Note: An update will only display if there's one available to download.
