You can automate how you manage unpaid items on our Selling preferences - opens in new window or tab page. For items awaiting payment, you can select how long buyers have to pay for items. Typically, orders that aren't paid for will be canceled automatically after 4 or more calendar days.

Use the Cancel order button and select the Buyer hasn't paid option from the drop-down menu. Your listing will be posted automatically, and the buyer's review will be removed. Do not cancel an order that has already been paid for. Otherwise, your account may be blocked.

As you are selling, let the buyer leave first. There is no point in giving a buyer positive feedback because they paid, you are then at the mercy of any buyer who just leaves Negatives just to wreck a sellers Feedback. If you get a troublesome buyer at least you can leave none.
