Try checking out using the eBay app. Device issue -- try another device to rule out problems with a particular device or firewall. Problem with the seller's eBay or PayPal account; in some cases the seller has not set up the account to accept payment from the buyer or from the buyer's location.

If you have trouble paying with a credit or debit card, check the following: Your card details are correct. Make sure that all details, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code are entered correctly, and check that the name and billing addresses are exactly as they appear on your card statement.

Try using a different browser or a different device to see if that makes any difference. For best results, keep your cart empty until you are ready to check out, and check out items from one seller at a time. Many cart issues can be exacerbated by having many items in the cart for too long.

To view the items you've previously placed in your cart, select the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the eBay screen. You can then select Go to checkout, or continue shopping.
